At the annual awards ceremony for the Mayor’s Business Awards on 2 March, Carter Accommodation Ltd was recognised as the Mayor’s Business of the Year.
The Mayor’s Business Awards were established in 1989 to celebrate the achievements of businesses in west Norfolk. Every year, they recognise outstanding local businesses across a number of categories.
Cllr Carol Bower, the Mayor of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, said: “All the entries for the Mayor’s Business of the Year were of such a high standard, making the task of choosing the winner an extremely difficult one, with much deliberation. The judges felt that Carter Accommodation is the epitome of customer care and staff development. Not only does the business react to customers’ needs, it is committed to investing in apprenticeships and developing the staff. The judges were also impressed with Carter Accommodation’s healthy expansion, with the company operating throughout Great Britain and attracting interest from potential international clients. It was a privilege to present the directors with this well-deserved award.”
