On Thursday 8 March 2018 voters in North Runcton (North Runcton Ward) will go to the polls to elect one new councillor for North Runcton Parish Council.
To vote in this election you must register to vote by Tuesday 20 February 2018.
Voting will be at The Village Meeting Place, The Green, North Runcton, King’s Lynn, PE33 0RB. The polling station will open from 7am to 10pm.
If you are unable to vote in person, you may be eligible for a postal or proxy vote – contact Electoral Services on 01553 616773 to discuss this.
The deadline for applications to vote by post is 5pm on Wednesday 21 February 2018 (whether new or if an amendment to an existing arrangement including postal proxies and proxies).
The deadline for new applications to vote by proxy is 5pm on Wednesday 28 February 2018 (or if an amendment to an existing arrangement, the application must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 21 February 2018).
The last day for receipt of emergency proxy vote applications is 5pm on Thursday 8 March 2018, if you were unaware before 5pm on Wednesday 28 February 2018 that you would need a proxy vote. Emergency proxies are granted only for medical emergencies or by reason of occupation, service or employment.
The counting of the votes will be held on Friday 9 March 2018 at 9:30am at the borough council offices, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, PE30 1EX.
