The Hunstanton Heritage Gardens activities programme continues with a series of gentle exercise sessions, beginning with Nordic walking.

The Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk has organised a packed programme of events over the summer with something to appeal to everyone, all taking place in the Hunstanton Heritage Gardens.

Part of that activities programme is a series of gentle exercise sessions suitable for all ages and abilities.

The sessions will be from 10am to noon, on the following dates:
24 April
22 May
19 June
25 September

Rosie Djurovic, the activities coordinator for the Hunstanton Heritage Gardens, said: “These sessions are going to be fun and friendly, and a great way to get out in the fresh air and try a new activity. We’re starting with Nordic walking – this technique involves walking with special poles, and builds more strength than normal walking. All the sessions are suitable for beginners and will feature different activities, including walking football, so you’re welcome to come along to any or all of them. Join us for some no-pressure, gentle exercise: all in Hunstanton’s beautiful scenery".

To book, call Sam Robinson on 07713 886815. There is a £1 fee per session.
