King's Lynn Town Hall are hosting an independent wedding fayre
On Sunday 2 April 2017 from 10am to 3pm, King’s Lynn Town Hall will host an independent wedding fayre. Brides, grooms and exhibitors are urged to register for it quickly, as over half the places have already been filled.
Charlotte Wright, the town hall's marketing officer, said: "This is King's Lynn Town Hall's first independent wedding fayre and we're very excited to welcome brides, grooms and exhibitors to our beautiful, historic venue. We think people may be surprised by just how ideal a wedding venue the town hall is, especially since its refurbishment - which included the creation of new gardens.
"We want this wedding fayre to introduce brides and grooms-to-be to the town hall as a venue, and to a great range of suppliers, so we can help them plan their perfect wedding. We've already had a great deal of interest from exhibitors, and we're looking forward to building relationships with new and existing suppliers".
Anyone who is planning their wedding will find that King’s Lynn Town Hall Wedding Fayre is a great place to start their love story. Over 30 exhibitors will have stands on the day; from photographers to florists, and everything in between. Brides and grooms-to-be can attend the fayre for free, and browse a range of suppliers and wedding specialists in Norfolk that will help make their special day sparkle!
All couples will receive a copy of Your East Anglian Wedding Magazine, a drink at the bar, and a goody bag – all free of charge. County Weddings will be giving away a luxury honeymoon.
King’s Lynn Town Hall is itself a beautiful and very popular place to hold a wedding. If visitors to the wedding fayre are in search of a venue for their big day, they are invited to tour the stunning Stone Hall and Assembly Room, and speak to the town hall’s friendly team at their exhibitor’s table.
Brides and grooms-to-be can register for the fayre on the Town Hall website. Pre-registered places are limited to 100.
Information for suppliers
For suppliers, the King’s Lynn Town Hall Wedding Fayre offers a fantastic opportunity to market their business to potential customers in a magnificent venue.
For £75 plus VAT exhibitors will have the use of a 6-foot-wide stand, tables and chairs and electricity as required, and be able to include their flyer in the goody bags handed out to attendees. Suppliers who are not able to book a stand at the fayre can include their flyer in the goody bags for £25 plus VAT.
Stands are available for suppliers in the following categories:
- Suit hire
- Bridal wear
- Finishing touches
- Toast master
- Room dressing
Bookings for photographers have already closed.
Exhibitors can register online on the Town Hall website.
Stand positions will be allocated by the wedding fayre organisers. Full payment must be made to secure a stand booking. King’s Lynn Town Hall has venue exclusivity.
