The King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy is a framework for ending homelessness in the borough, person by person. It makes clear where we want to be heading, how we want to do things, and the key aims and objectives of the partnership.
The extent to which we achieve our aims and objectives is proportionate to the resources at our disposal. As written in our Homelessness Review earlier in the year: it takes a borough to end homelessness.
