Housing register - Tell us about a change

How to let us know about a change if you're on our housing register

What you must tell us

If your circumstances have changed, it's important to tell us straight away. The change could affect your current priority banding or your eligibility for the housing register.

The type of changes you must tell us about are:

  • you're pregnant
  • you've had a baby
  • you've moved house
  • a partner or family member has moved in
  • your income and/or savings have changed

Report your change

You can report your change online.

To report your change, you’ll need:

  • your user ID and password
  • your security question answer
  • any supporting documents that show the change

When you login you’ll be taken to a dashboard. Please select the link underneath where it says ‘change of circumstance’. If you’ve only changed your email address or telephone number, please select 'update your contact details'.

Tell us about a change

What happens next?

Depending on the type of change, your application may be temporarily suspended while we process your change, so you won’t be able to bid.

We’ll assess your information as soon as possible.

Once we've processed your change of circumstances, we'll write to or email you. The letter or email will confirm if the band you're in has changed.
