Consultation on draft licensing procedures and conditions for holiday caravan, touring caravan and moveable dwellings sites
The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk would like to consult with stake-holders on the adoption of a revised ‘policy’ document in relation to the licensing of holiday caravans, touring caravans and moveable dwellings (tents) sites.
The current conditions, approved by Full Council on 28 March 2013 have been revised in accordance with advice received from Health and Safety and Norfolk Fire and Rescue. Model Standards issued by the Secretary of State for Environment, of 1983 (touring sites) and 1989 (holiday sites) have also been taken into account within the new draft document.
A draft ‘policy’ has been prepared from which we would welcome any comments you would wish to make. The draft document is available to view below.
