Extra bins

If you need an extra bin, you can find out more, and order one, on our extra bin page.

Register your bin

To help prevent the loss of your bin, paint your house number and/or name and postcode on the front of it.

For additional security, you can register your black and green bin details with us. It will make it easier to identify if your bin goes missing and is then later found. This means we can then return your old bin to you, remove any replacement, and refund any money you may have been charged.

To register your bin(s) with us you'll need:

  • your contact details (including an email address)
  • the reference number on your bin(s) - this can be found on the front, side or lid of the bin
