Published on behalf of Collusion:

COLLUSION and the BOROUGH COUNCIL OF KING’S LYNN & WEST NORFOLK are pleased to announce that THE INTERGALACTIC HANSEATIC LEAGUE will be staying with us until 31 October.

This gives townsfolk and visitors more time to take in the dazzling light show and play the INTERACTIVE GAME and SOUND INSTALLATION at Greyfriars Tower & Gardens.

Collusion Director Rachel Drury says, “The response to the project so far has been amazing! Thousands of people have taken part by visiting the project sites, playing the games at Greyfriars and watching the Transmissions from the IHL crew online and in local cinemas. We're happy to be able to extend the projections through to the end of Half Term, allowing more families and visitors to enjoy them, especially with the evenings getting darker earlier each day.”

Meanwhile, the fourth and final Transmission from the IHL – with a very special message – goes live today at the Majestic and Corn Exchange cinemas and online at www.the-ihl.com.

The after-dark projected IHL sites (aka PORTALS) include:

MESSAGE IN A SHUTTLE & INTERGALACTIC SYNTHESIZER @ Greyfriars Tower & Gardens – play the two-player projection game on the tower & walk through the audio installation in the pergolas.

COUNTDOWN CLOCK @ King’s Lynn Minster – reflect on the parallel times experienced by humans on Earth – Individual, Family, Technological, and Natural.

AGENTS OF CHANGE @ the Corn Exchange – see artwork by Lynn’s children sharing ideas for a brighter future. (Also see their work in the old Argos windows in the Vancouver Quarter!).

EYE TO THE FUTURE @ the Custom House – see how your actions today affect Earthport Lynn in the future.

HYPERSPACE MOORING @ St Nicholas’ Chapel – experience the IHL’s journey through time and space.
