Background
The draft Downham Market Neighbourhood Plan was published by the Town Council in autumn 2021 and consulted upon between 1 October – 12 November 2021, inclusive, under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Regulation 14.
The Town Council is currently reviewing feedback from the Regulation 14 consultation and it is anticipated that the Plan will be submitted to the Borough Council for independent examination later this year (2022).
