To arrange and pay for a collection
- Please call 01553 776676 to arrange a suitable time and date; and to pay for the service.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card over the phone, or paid by cheque or postal order by post.
Full payment must be received before a collection will be made.
Preparing your items for collection
Leave your unwanted items in an easily accessible place outside your home for our operators to collect.
Ensure that your unwanted items are visible from the roadside as collection crews are not permitted to enter homes, sheds, garages and outbuildings to collect items.
Please note we are currently unable to arrange bulky item collections online.
To cancel or change an existing collection telephone 01553 776676 at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection is due to take place.
