The Community Safety and Neighbourhood Nuisance (CSNN) team endeavours to ensure a better quality of life for the people of the area by providing a safe and healthy environment in which they can live.

We deal with a wide range of environmental issues, from drainage problems to noise nuisances and overpowering smells, and try to resolve them using a combination of statutory and non-statutory measures.

We also incorporate an Anti-Social Behaviour team, which works in partnership with external agencies to reduce incidences of anti-social behaviour; as well as a pioneering CCTV service, which provides security for individuals, businesses, and the wider community.
