If you feel you have been incorrectly issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), an appeal can be made within 14 days of the issue of the PCN using our Online Parking System

Please note you will not receive an automated response but we will answer your challenge within 28 days.  Please do not make payment if you wish to challenge, the discount period will be extended if your challenge is unsuccessful.
