Sandringham

Sandringham The Royal Family's country retreat in Norfolk, with the principal ground floor apartments open to the public.

60 acres of stunning gardens and fascinating museum of Royal vehicles and mementoes. The Visitor Centre features home-made cooking, unusual gifts and Estate-grown produce.

More family possessions are displayed in the Museum housed in the old stable and coach houses including vehicles ranging in date from the first car owned by a British monarch, a 1900 Daimler, to a half-scale Aston Martin used by Prince William and Harry. One of the displays tells the mysterious tale of the Sandringham Company who fought and died at Gallipolli in 1915, which was made into a TV film "All the King's Men".
