Food Safety Training Courses

There are a selection courses which can, if required, be tailored to suit individual businesses.

We all need to eat and drink to stay alive, so it is important that our food does not harm us in any way.  Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers.

That responsibility involves making sure that food does not cause illness, injury or any other problem.  You might not have the personal responsibility for every aspect of food handling, but you still need to be aware of all areas because they could help you to avoid making someone ill.
