Building Control

As of 1st September 2010, all Building Control services in West Norfolk will be provided in partnership with CNC Building Control.

CNC Fees and Charges from 1 April 2013

CNC Building Control brings together the building control departments of Broadland District Council, Norwich City Council, South Norfolk Council and ourselves into one cohesive partnership, sharing resources and expertise to provide a modern, flexible building control service.
