We aim, with your help, to make West Norfolk a clean place to live, work and visit. This page provides information about the current services available for the collection of rubbish, recycling and garden waste from residential properties. It also provides information for businesses, helping them to meet their legal requirements and manage their waste and recycling.

Bin Collection Dates Now Available Online

Bin collection dates and downloadable calendars for the new bin service which starts on 2 April 2013 are now available from our Find my Nearest system.

Just enter your postcode into Find my Nearest on the right hand side of the page and select your address from the list of available properties.

Your collection day will be shown under the Recycling and refuse service heading on the page, together with a link to view and print your calendar. Brown bin collection days will only be shown for those customers who have paid for the additional service.
