GRANTnet - The UK's leading free-to-use funding database
Are you looking for funding for your organisation?
To assist local organisations in their search for funding, the Borough Council and the West Norfolk Partnership have subscribed to GRANTnet.
GRANTnet, a straightforward free-to-use service from GRANTfinder, allows community and voluntary groups, sports and other clubs, schools, social enterprises and small businesses to search across a huge range of funding sources.
It is presented in the format of an online, step-by-step questionnaire that provides you with:
- information on over 4,000 grants and other incentives, sourced from EC and Government sources, including Government departments, local authorities, charitable trusts and corporate sponsors;
- a system which is regularly updated to ensure access to the very latest funding information;
- an easily navigable database;
- rapid identification of funding sources specific to your needs.
It works by asking you where you are based, what line of business you are in (for small businesses) or whether you are a voluntary organisation or a registered charity (for the community sector) and what you would like the money for.
You are then presented with a list of the most relevant initiatives and have the option to trim down this information to display only grants, cutting out loans and advisory schemes should you so desire.
There are two dedicated searches on GRANTnet: one for the Community and Voluntary sector (including Social Enterprises); and one for the Business sector.
The information GRANTnet provides ranges from EU and UK national Government funding to local government, charitable trusts and corporate sponsors.
