Alongside our state-of-art aerobic and resistance equipment the Bodyworks Fitness Studio also comes complete with a cardio theatre, sky television, revolutionary Vibrogym and consultation room and a large open reception area. 

The Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre also boasts a 25 metre swimming pool; glass-backed squash court and aerobics studio to ensure that your fitness regime can be tailored to suit your individual preferences and needs.

Consultations

For those of you who are considering joining our fitness studio or wanting to become more active but are new to the Bodyworks Fitness Studios we provide consultations free of charge to help guide you on the right track - all with no commitment or obligation.  For further information or to book a consultation please contact us on 01485 534227.

Choice memberships

To help you gain the most from Bodyworks we have the Choice membership scheme.  We know that everyone is unique so we aim to tailor your membership to suit your individual needs. Your activities, your commitment, your choice.

Activities:

1. Bodyworks fitness studio
2. Swimming
3. Group fitness classes

Venues:

Commitment:

1. Lifestyle – pay monthly (minimum term 12 month contract) or one-off lump sum and choose from 1, 2 or 3 different activities
2. Active – pay on a month to month basis and choose from 2 or 3 different activities

Membership fees

All new Bodyworks members are required to pay a one-off joining fee. Joining fees range between £12.50 and £50, depending on individual circumstances.  For further information please speak to one of our Service Advisors.
