On street parking penalties (yellow lines, fixed penalty notices, wheel clamps etc) are the responsibility of Norfolk Police and Traffic Wardens.

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk are responsible for operating off-street parking in King's Lynn, Hunstanton and Heacham (pay & display car parks), St. James Multi-Storey (pay on foot)
