How to make a booking

• In person at the Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre main reception desk

Leisure Card holders

• You can make a booking by phone or in person from 9.00am, seven days before the activity date. 
• Payment is accepted on the day of activity, or before if you would prefer.

• You can make a booking by phone or in person from 9.00am, seven days before the activity date.
• You must pay for your booking within 48 hours of the activity taking place. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled and the space re-let.

Forms of payment

• We accept all major credit and debit cards  (in person or by telephone).
• Cash payments can be made at our reception desk.
• Cheques must be made payable to the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk.

Cancellations

We require notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the booked activity is due to take place, failure to do so will result in the full payment of the activity being charged.
