Welcome to the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk

Top cyclists will line the streets of King’s Lynn on Thursday, 16 September as they begin the 117-mile eastern leg of the Tour of Britain. Starting in King’s Lynn’s Tuesday Market Place and ending at South Beach parade in Great Yarmouth, the route will take in some of Norfolk’s most iconic areas.
A touring exhibition showing how King’s Lynn has changed since the 1960s will be on display in the council’s King’s Lynn office from 1-15 October.
You have until 13 October to have your say on changes to the Core Strategy – a document which outlines future development in the borough.
People have until 13 October to say what they think about changes that have been made to a document that will outline how the borough will develop over the next 15 years.
People with disabilities and their carers will be able to find out about the services and activities on offer in West Norfolk at a special event at the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange on 8 September.
To celebrate the arrival of the Tour of Britain in King’s Lynn on 16 September, Lynnsport’s Bodyworks Studio is challenging people to get on their bikes.
