Downham Market Leisure Centre

Downham Market Leisure Centre (DMLC) is located on the site of Downham Market High School on Bexwell Road in Downham Market.

The Centre opened in 1994 and is a dual use facility with Downham Market High School. In 2003 a new swimming pool was added to the existing site to replace the old swimming pool that was located on Lynn Road, Downham Market.

Let's Get Active Campaign

The Borough Council, through all its partners, has developed a "Year of Sport" programme which is encapsulated by the "Lets Get Active" campaign. This campaign highlights all activities that are taking place throughout the borough this year and also highlights the holiday sport programme offered at all sites.

The Centre is providing a fully comprehensive holiday sport programme (pdf 984kb) for children from 4.5 years through to 15 years throughout the school summer holidays. Please contact the Centre for further information.
