Downham Market Leisure Centre

Downham Market Leisure Centre (DMLC) is located on the site of Downham Market High School on Bexwell Road in Downham Market.

The Centre opened in 1994 and is a dual use facility with Downham Market High School. In 2003 a new swimming pool was added to the existing site to replace the old swimming pool that was located on Lynn Road, Downham Market.

February Half Term - 15th - 21st February 2010

During February Half Term, Downham Market Leisure Centre is providing a wide range of Children's Activities. Please also be aware that the Centre will be operating to a different Swimming Pool Timetable.

Let's Get Active Campaign

The Borough Council, through all its partners, has developed a "Year of Sport" programme which is encapsulated by the "Lets Get Active" campaign. This campaign highlights all activities that are taking place throughout the borough this year and also highlights the holiday sport programme offered at all sites.

Free swimming for under 16's and over 60's

From 1 April 2009 children aged 16 and under and over 60's with a valid Leisure Card or Leisure Card Lite will be able to swim for free at all Borough swimming pools. Passes are available for customers visiting from outside of the Borough.
